The agreement below describes in full detail the terms of service applicable to your access and use of the site owned and operated by iReal Estate Daily. By using the iReal Estate Daily site and services, you give your full consent to being bound by the terms of service of this agreement, as well as all other policies and agreements incorporated into these terms by inference.

You accept that we may revise this agreement from time to time in the future, as we deem fit, and that your use of the services after such a revision will be deemed as your consent to being bound by the revised terms.

Whether you are a visitor simply browsing the iReal Estate Daily site or you are a user who has registered on the site for our services, you agree to be bound by this agreement as long as you use the information, tools, features, and functionality located on the iReal Estate Daily site.

If you wish to register on the site as a user and make use of our services, you must read this agreement to the end and indicate your acceptance during the registration process.

Do not use our services if you do not accept this agreement and/or if you are not a legal age to form a binding contract with iReal Estate Daily. By accepting this legal agreement, you are warranting that you have the capacity to be legally bound by it.

Alternatively, you must have the authority to bind a company/entity to this agreement if you are acting on behalf of a company or entity.

We provide intermediary services that connects individuals and real estate investors to real estate investing opportunities/real estate content, construction services, nutrition/fitness and mental health content.

Based on the information received from users, we may also present information relating to third-party products or services.

You understand and accept that the provided service is not intended to provide legal, tax, or financial advice to you, and you may not deem the services as professional advice or as the basis for any mortgage, insurance, or legal transaction.

Should you arrange any insurance, mortgage or financial product resulting from your use of the iReal Estate Daily service, you agree that this will be done so on an execution only basis and not an advisory basis.

As allowed by the law, we provide the site, its materials, and other included information to provide only general advice in relation to financial services. Users are advised to always consult a financial advisor, licensed accountant and/or financial planner to ensure that a particular product is suitable for them, as we shall under no circumstances assume responsibility for any consequence relating directly or indirectly to any action or inaction that you take based on the information, services or other materials on our site. The service intends to only assist you in your financial organization and decision-making and is broad in scope.  

You must register as a user so as to be able to access and use most parts of our site. To do so, you will be required to provide your email address and a password to complete the registration process. You can use these details to create an individual user account for yourself. 

You hereby represent that the information that you provide to us in your use of the service, both during the registration process and afterward, is true, comprehensive, current, and not misleading. 

You must also update your account information regularly so that it remains accurate, true, and complete always. We may delete your account if we find that the information that you provide is false, incorrect or deliberately misleading.

We may reject the use of any password, username, or email address for any reason whatsoever in our sole discretion.

You are fully and personally responsible for all the activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized such activity. This is because you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password. You must immediately bring to our knowledge any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Your right to access and use iReal Estate Daily and the service shall be deemed personal to you only, which means that you may not transfer your account to any other person or entity. You may only use iReal Estate Daily for lawful purposes.

You may not create more than one account.

Your access and use of iReal Estate Daily may from time to time be interrupted for several reasons, including but not restricted to the malfunction of equipment, maintenance or repair of iReal Estate Daily, periodic updating, or other actions that iReal Estate Daily, in its sole discretion, may elect to take. 

This is not a free service.

You accept that this is a subscription service and that your membership only takes effect once we have received payment of your subscription fees. We offer different subscription packages, at different prices, and we ask that you familiarize yourself with the specific offerings of your preferred package before subscribing.

Please note that confirmation of your account registration is contingent upon the successful payment of your first subscription.

You may cancel the service if you are no longer interested in using the service. You must, however, cancel your account at least seven days before the next billing date. Failure to do that means that you will be liable for the next billing cycle.

You understand and accept that there are no refunds for our services. The service is prepaid, and we will not be liable for any refund under any circumstance. We advise users who are no longer interested in using our services to cancel their subscriptions instead in line with our cancellation policy.

London Mortgage Plug cannot always predict or anticipate technical difficulties as well as other problems, which may result in your failure to obtain information or loss of data, personalization settings, and/or other service interruptions. 

We will not bear liability for the timeliness, accuracy, non-delivery, deletion, or failure to store any user information, communications, or personalization settings. 

iReal Estate Daily may occasionally provide automatic alerts and voluntary account-related alerts to its users. We may send you such automatic alerts after certain changes are made online to your iReal Estate Daily account, i.e., a change in your registration information.

We will also send you electronic alerts to the email address provided by you as the primary email address for iReal Estate Daily. 

You must inform us if your email address or mobile device account changes. 

You can also opt to have alerts sent to your mobile device that accepts text messages. 

You accept that changes to your email address or mobile number will apply to all of your alerts.

We will never include your passcode in any message we send to you because alerts are not encrypted. However, such alerts may include your iReal Estate Daily Login ID as well as certain information about your accounts.

You understand and accept that any alerts provided to you through our services may be prevented or delayed by an assortment of factors. iReal Estate Daily will do its best to provide accurate alerts in a timely manner. We, however, do not guarantee the delivery of the accuracy of the content of any alert that we provide. 

You may not hold iReal Estate Daily liable for any errors in the content of an alert, for any delays, misdirected delivery, or failure to deliver, of any alert, or for any actions or inactions by you or any third party in reliance on an alert. 

We provide the site for Canadian use only. We, however, recognize that the internet is global, and as such, non-Canadians may gain access to the site. All international users hereby agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. 

You understand and accept that some parts of our services are supported by sponsored links from advertisers and that these portions of the services may display iReal Estate Daily Offers that may be custom-matched to you based on your personal information stored in the service, or from queries made by you through the service or other information. It is our policy to always disclose when a particular iReal Estate Daily Offer is sponsored.

As per iReal Estate Daily Offers, we may provide third party links to other sites and resources on our site. Please note that our inclusion of any such links on our site does not mean that we have approved or recommended the content, procedures, products, and/or services of such a linked site, whether or not sponsored. iReal Estate Daily is not an agent or partner and will not be responsible for the activities or policies of the linked sites. 

iReal Estate Daily does not represent that the loan, plan, investment, service terms, rates or rewards offered by a third party link on iReal Estate Daily are actually the terms that may be offered to you when you pursue the offer. If we have not explicitly authorized it in this agreement or on the site, you are not to use or duplicate; reproduce or republish; download or transfer; post or produce unoriginal works; and/or use any of these materials without the written permission of iReal Estate Daily or the particular intellectual property rights holder.

You may only view and download the content for your private use as long as you keep all the copyright and ownership notices that you find in the original content as they are in their original state.

Registered users on the site may publicly post or privately transmit content (comprising all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, or other materials) on the site. You understand and agree that such content is the sole responsibility of the person from which they originated. 

As such, each user and not iReal Estate Daily is solely responsible for all content that they upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available through the site. We do not endorse any opinion/content posted by users and do not vouch for their accurateness, quality, integrity, or truthfulness.

You may not upload content that is illegal, indecent, disparaging, libelous, menacing, harassing, unmannerly, slanderous, vile, or humiliating to any other person or entity as determined by iReal Estate Daily.

You may not submit/upload content that is false, erroneous, or misleading and violates the rights of others, including copyrights, patents, trade secrets trademarks, and publicity or privacy rights. 

You may not upload content that harms or seeks to harm minors in any way, or that impersonates any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a iReal Estate Daily official, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

We prohibit users from forging headers or otherwise manipulating identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the service; or from uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting or otherwise making available any content that they do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships.

You may not upload advertisements, solicitations or spam links to other websites or individuals, without prior written permission from iReal Estate Daily; chain letters or pyramid schemes; or content that impersonates another business, person or entity, including iReal Estate Daily, its related entities, employees and agents.

As a user, your uploaded content may not disrupt the normal flow of dialogue; act in a manner that hinders other users' ability to engage in real-time exchanges, or interferes with or disrupts the service or servers or networks connected to the service.

You may not post content that contains viruses or other harmful computer code; or content that persecutes degrades, hassles, or intimidates a person/group of persons because of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability.

You may not collect other registered users’ content or information, or access London Mortgage Plug using automated means such as harvesting bots without our prior permission.

You are exclusively responsible for any content you submit and agree to indemnify iReal Estate Daily and its affiliates for all and any claims ensuing from any Content you submit.

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of the site to determine compliance with these terms of service. We may exercise our right, in our sole discretion, to revise, move, or remove any content posted on iReal Estate Daily for any reason, including violation of these terms, whether for legal or other reasons.

You hereby consent that you will always evaluate, and consequently bear all risks associated with the use of any content on this site, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such content.

iREAL ESTATE DAILY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER THIS IS EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT RESTRICTED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SUITABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 

WE GIVE NO ASSURANCES THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS AND/OR EXPECTATIONS; THAT IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT THE RESULTS THAT YOU GET FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; THAT ANY ERRORS FOUND IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE FROM VIRUSES.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR CONTENT OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR FOR THE LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS, PROFIT, FUNDS OR GOODWILL THAT RESULTS FROM YOUR DOWNLOAD AND USE OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.

YOU AGREE THAT NO INFORMATION OR ADVICE, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM iREAL ESTATE DAILY OR THROUGH THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE SHOULD WE FAIL TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES OR IF WE DELAY THE PROVISION OF SERVICES DUE TO EVENTS/ACTS THAT ARE BEYOND OUR INABILITY.

THE GUARANTEES AND UNDERTAKINGS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED FOR UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE THE ONLY GUARANTEE AND UNDERTAKINGS THAT WE MAKE IN CONNECTION WITH OUR SERVICES, AND SHALL SUPERSEDE ANY AND ALL THE REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES ARISING IN ANY OTHER WAY, WHETHER WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. 

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS OF SERVICE IS INTENTIONED TO EXCLUDE OR LIMIT iREAL ESTATE DAILY’S OR YOUR LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY RESULTING FROM NEGLIGENCE; FRAUD; UNDER ANY INDEMNITY CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT; OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY WHICH MAY NOT BY APPLICABLE LAW BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

WHERE THE JURISDICTION DOES NOT ALLOW FOR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AS PUT FORTH ABOVE, THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL NOT APPLY TO YOU.

All users hereby agree to indemnify and hold iReal Estate Daily, its founders, officers, directors, agents, and personnel, free from all claims, including reasonable legal fees, brought by a third party as a result of their violation of this agreement, or their breach of any law or the rights of a third party. 

If any condition or clause of these terms of service is held unenforceable by a competent court of law, specific clauses will be deleted or modified to reflect the parties' intention, and all remaining clauses of the terms of service shall remain in full force and effect. 

You hereby agree and accept that all claims and disputes that is in any way connected to your use of or access to the iReal Estate Daily services in a consumer capacity will not be resolved in court and resolved only by binding arbitration. 

You understand and accept that by accepting this arbitration agreement, you agree not to assert class action claims or participate in any case filed against iReal Estate Daily, whether already or in the future.

You waive all constitutional and statutory rights to sue iReal Estate Daily in a local, provincial, or federal court and to receive a judge or jury trial against iReal Estate Daily. iReal Estate Daily may, however, bring a case against you in a local, state, or federal court and may receive a judge or jury trial against you.

No partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship shall be considered or thought to exist between you and iReal Estate Daily as a result of your use of these services or this agreement.

You agree that your iReal Estate Daily account is non-transferable and any rights to your iReal Estate Daily account or contents shall be terminated upon your death. 

These terms of service shall remain in effect until terminated by either you or iReal Estate Daily. If you are no longer interested in using our services, please send us an email at support@irealestatedaily.ca or alternatively disable your subscription under your accounts setting.

You also accept that iReal Estate Daily may, at any time, terminate this agreement with you following your breach of any provision of this agreement, and/or if iReal Estate Daily in its sole discretion believes it is required to do so by law. 

You accept that all terminations for cause shall be made in iReal Estate Daily' sole discretion and that iReal Estate Daily shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your account, any associated email address, or access to the service. 

The choice of jurisdiction for the interpretation as well as governance of law as regards this agreement is Canada, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
